Full Time Care Worker

WORKING HOURS: 38hrs/week on shift rota (Mon-Fri including weekends )

WAGES: £20,900-21,000 /per Annual

To work as a full time Care Worker to work with client users who are at home and need support with personal care, also liaise with healthcare professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide the highest quality care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan, in person-centred
The range of tasks that the Care Worker may be required to undertake covers personal care, domestic/practical tasks, and enabling and support work:
Personal care includes washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and medication monitoring and/or
Social duties include preparing and cooking meals, essential cleaning, shopping, bill paymentand fire
Responsible prepare meals and serves food to clients users such as snacks and hot drinks;
Enabling and support our client users which includes such activities as supervising, monitoring and coaching to empower service users to be as independent as possible and have control over their own lives. Care Workers may also be required to escort or accompany service users to outings, appointments or other events.
Must be aware of the personal needs and requirements of our service users, communicating successfully, not only with your service user, their family, friends and other healthcare
Ensure that all care is completed within Myrtle Care Providers limited Policies and Procedures, CQC Fundamental Standards and all contractual and legislative
Any other duties that may be necessary to comply with the demands of the CQC or other legislative
To Maintain appropriate records to meet the needs of the service, observing and promptly reporting back any changes or concerns in your service user’s circumstances or
To Contribute to and work effectively as part of a team
To Deliver support in a manner which is sensitive to the service user’s culture, disability, race, age, sexuality, marital or civil partnership status, transgender status or religion/belief.
Engage and work closely with unpaid carers, such as family or friends, for the benefit of the service user.

To work as a Senior Care Worker to act as a team leader where you will monitor , supervise and overseas other care workers working with elderly to provide personal care .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to supervise and Routinely oversees and monitors care workers and Myrtle Care Providers home
Responsible to coordinate the shift for carers and for the care service .
As a senior Care Assistant ,while on duty as you will be responsible to make sure care provided is person centred and client users are comforted and supported .

As a care manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets CQC standards.
